The Small Business Show, SOHO Syracuse, is looking for companies to attend and learn from their annual event celebrating their twentieth anniversary. Each year they feature great opportunities for networking with local successful business owners and more.
“We’ll have products, services and resources from over a hundred of businesses,” says event coordinator and promoter, Steve Becker, “It’s the networking event for small businesses.”
Some of this year’s guest speakers include Jimmer Szatkowski, owner and operator of Chik-fil-A, and Daniel Baldwin, who will be on a panel discussing film and business in Central New York.
Jackie Wilson, owner of American Fashion Network and the biggest minority-owned business in the country, will be there as well for her line based out of Syracuse that offers merchandise to J. C. Penney and Kohl’s.
Becker also said that the event will feature a ‘speed networking’ event. Business owners will have one minute to exchange business cards and talk about their goals and mission.
The event takes places on Tuesday, October 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Oncenter Convention Center.
